The Microbiology of Beer Big Rock Tour
Get your friends, colleagues, spouses, and partners together to see first-hand the careful art of brewing fresh all-natural brews
The evening experience will include full exposure to the process of craft brewing touching on everything from fermentation to filtration to the complex production of packaging. Then, we will sample beer and eat pizza at the McNally Loft. At 7:30 we will head down to the Big Rock General Store to pick your favourite brews for your custom-designed six pack to take home with you.
If you are not done visiting, take the party to Brewster’s North of Big Rock Brewery – 5519 53 Street SE Calgary.
Who can come
Members and non-member over 18 years of age
Timing
Tuesday Dec. 6. Doors open at 5:30 (you get a beer), tour at 6, beer sampling and food at 7:00, event over at 8.
Cost
Full tour and a six pack to take home:
- ASPB Members: $35
- Non-Members: $40
Designated Drivers (get a six pack to take home)
- ASPB Members: $20
- Non-Members: $25
