The Eagle Point – Blue Rapids Parks Council is comprised of 16 organizational members; including Alberta Parks, Brazeau County, The Town of Drayton Valley, local outdoor recreation organizations, adjacent landowners, industry and environmental organizations. The Parks Council works in partnership with Alberta Parks with delegated roles and responsibilities formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed in December 2008. For additional information regarding our organization please visit: www.epbrparkscouncil.org The Position: The Parks Council’s Environmental Field Technician will be responsible for the establishment of a field research and monitoring program for the Eagle Point – Blue Rapids Park Systems. Job responsibilities include inventorying and data collection on flora, fauna and associated habitats while focusing on priority reclamation sites within the Eagle Point – Blue Rapids Parks System.
Compensation: The EPBR Parks Council offers a generous and competitive compensation package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
