AEP calling out for data on the hoary bat

Another report in the Alberta Wildlife Status Report Series has been initiated—Status of the hoary bat (Lasiurus cinereus) in Alberta. Alberta Wildlife Status Reports (http://aep.alberta.ca/fish-wildlife/species-at-risk/species-at-risk-publications-web-resources/default.aspx) provide up-to-date information that is used for assessing the status of the species in Alberta and managing their populations and habitats in the province. The first draft of this report is expected in February 2019. If you have information on hoary bat or data that are not accessible through FWMIS, please contact Cory Olson (crolson@outlook.com and CC Robin.Gutsell@gov.ab.ca) by January 31, 2019.
