Tannas Conservation Services is hosting its Plant Identification Course again this year. The course will be held in three components: Forbs, Grasses, and Willows/Sedges. Each component will involve a short classroom session, but will focus on hands-on, field keying and identification using The Common Plants of The Western Rangelands field guides. Field locations include Cochrane Hill or Glenbow Provincial Park, the ESRS Greenhouse, and a forest reserve west of Cremona, AB. Dates are June 4-5 and June 6-7.
