Annual General Meeting (AGM #44)

REMOTE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. MEMBERS MAY STILL PARTICIPATE IN PERSON IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED.

Cost:                                          There is no cost for this event.

                                                   This event is open to members in good standing.

                        Location:         Hotel Arts, Galleria Room, 119-12th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB.

                        Details:           Light appetizers and beverages will be provided.

                                                Please bring a copy of the Important Documents for personal reference during the AGM. (see below.)

      Registration instruction:

  • Please register for the appropriate membership category ticket to be considered registered at a remote location.  
  • Every member must register individually.
  • Every voting member must dial in on their own device. One device, one vote.
  • Non-voting members may dial in together.

Participation instruction:

  • The dial-in and conference ID number is on your receipt.
  • Dial in ten minutes prior to the start of the conference.
  • Provide the Operator with the Conference ID Number (on your receipt)
  • Identify yourself to the operator by your first and last name as they appear in your ASPB user account. You may also identify yourself by your ASPB member number.
  • Please have a copy of the Important Documents (see below) on hand for your reference during the call.
  • Additional participation instructions will be provided once on the call

Deadline for registration to participate via remote location telephone conference is 12 p.m. on August 12, 2019.

If you are unsure if you will be able to attend, we encourage you to register for the teleconference.

CCP:  Attendance at the AGM entitles ASPB members to earn 1 PDH, regardless if attendance is in person or via remote location teleconference.

The Annual Report was emailed to the membership on August 7th. It is available for review in the user portal under "Member Downloads - Annual Reports."
