Intermediate Environmental Scientist – Permanent, Full-Time, Edmonton, Alberta

Spencer Environmental Management Services Ltd. has an immediate opening for a highly motivated, versatile environmental scientist/ecologist to join our team.   Start date to be negotiated with successful candidate.

The position:

• permanent, full-time; part-time arrangement may be considered
• based in Edmonton; some opportunity to WFH
• involves occasional, short-term travel to project sites throughout Alberta but is generally office-based

Job description/opportunities for growth:

• undertake field assessments
• manage and analyse biophysical data, prepare technical reports and contribute to environmental/biophysical assessments
• assist with environmental permit acquisition
• assist with project management and client liaison
