The Remedial Action Plan Guide presents Alberta Environment and Parks’ policy concerning remedial action plans for contaminated sites regulated by the Department. The Guide applies at all stages of contamination management associated with a released substance for those activities regulated by the Department. This document outlines information that must be contained in a complete remedial action plan submitted to the Department, based on requirements outlined in the Remediation Regulation (2019).
