AEP: Remediation Regulation amended
Alberta Environment and Parks has amended the Remediation Certificate Regulation and renamed it as the Remediation Regulation. The amended regulation was passed by Order in Council on June 1, 2018 and will come into effect on January 1, 2019. The amendments are available HERE.
