On January 31st, 2019, Environment and Climate Change Canada posted on the Species at Risk Public Registry the recovery planning documents listed below.

The following documents are open for a 60-day comment period. The Department will then have 30 days to consider the comments received, after which the final version of the recovery planning documents will be posted on the Public Registry:

•	Recovery Strategy for the Vancouver Island Marmot (Marmota vancouverensis) in Canada [Proposed]
•	Recovery Strategy for the Hungerford’s Crawling Water Beetle (Brychius hungerfordi) in Canada [Proposed]

Following the posting of the proposed version, the following documents are now posted as final documents on the Public Registry:

•	Recovery Strategy for the American Chestnut (Castanea dentata) in Canada [Final version]
•	Recovery Strategy for the Juniper Sedge (Carex juniperorum) in Canada [Final version]
•	Recovery Strategy for the Wild Hyacinth (Camassia scilloides) in Canada [Final version]
